Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a restaurant management position.

Responsibilities

• Manage key performance business indicators: Labor and Food Cost, Outstanding Guest Service.
• Train and supervise staff to execute IHOP SOP.
• Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to.

Skills

Managing and executing a web‑based team member training program experience

Web-based food cost, labor, and financial reporting system experience

Serv Safe Certification

Knowledge of sound Food and Labor cost control processes

Excellent Guest Service and conflict resolution skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
