• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Develop a productive team via direction, communication, and delegation.
• Complete daily/weekly/period-end paperwork as directed.
• Schedule staff, manage food orders, and monitor product projections.
• Execute local promotions and shakerboarding to boost sales.
