Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with cash handling and basic POS systems.
• Exposure to inventory management and cost-control practices.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• You must set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and adherence to standards to ensure store profitability and great customer service.
