Job summary

QDOBA Restaurants is seeking a General Manager to oversee the complete operation of a restaurant. You will ensure guest satisfaction and uphold company policies while leading a team to achieve high performance.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, managing budget, payroll, COGS, and staff development, with a focus on safety and sanitation. Prior GM experience is preferred; strong leadership and people skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years working in a restaurant environment.
• Minimum of one year as general manager preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to be a self-starter and handle high pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift operations and assistant managers.
• Follow company cash handling procedures.
• Manage restaurant marketing, promotions and budget.
• Understand and manage all COGS and payroll bi‑weekly.
• Handle guest comments promptly and professionally.
• Coach and develop managers and new team members.
• Interview, hire and orient new team members.
