Job summary

America's Pizza Company, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead the restaurant team and drive operational excellence on a daily basis. You will own the performance of the store, coach your staff, and ensure a high standard of guest service.

You will oversee all aspects of store operations, manage staffing and scheduling, drive sales, monitor KPIs, control costs, and uphold safety and brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have prior management experience in food service.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations and team performance.
