O'Charley's Restaurant + Bar is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales and profitability, and ensure every guest receives an outstanding dining experience with high service standards.

The GM will train and coach both hourly and salaried staff, uphold O’Charley’s values, and manage a team across front of house and back of house. A proven leadership track record is expected.
