• 5+ years of management experience in a QSR or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing financial performance, including P&L responsibilities.
• Guest-focused with a commitment to operational excellence.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
