Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Experience overseeing a team and driving training, performance and development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restaurant management team, focusing on performance, engagement and training initiatives.
• Direct community connection and fundraising activities for the restaurant.
• Analyze Profit and Loss statements and drive results to keep the operation at peak performance.
• Lead efforts to ensure top guest experiences and consistent brand standards.
