KBP Foods is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for our growing KFC franchise network in West Virginia. You will lead a team, drive profitability, manage operations, and safeguard guest experience with quality service and product.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, overseeing inventory and labor, reviewing financial reports, and ensuring compliance. We seek candidates with at least 1 year as a GM in food service or retail, and the ability to close the restaurant two nights

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, and labor.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.
