Freeland Group Restaurants, the premier Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking a proven restaurant leader to join our management team in Wisconsin. The role offers a 5-day work week with one weekend day off, a $52k-$70k yearly salary, and performance bonuses.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years of restaurant management experience, 2+ years P&L responsibility, and a strong customer-service mindset. You will drive team development, scheduling, budgeting, and operational excellence across our Wisconsin locations.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of restaurant management experience.
• 2 or more years of Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Team-building, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Solid business and math skills; good analytical thinking.
