Job Title: General Manager - Restaurant & Live Music Venue

Are you an energetic and driven leader ready to take the helm of a dynamic dining and entertainment destination? We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at a popular restaurant and live music venue in the heart of Tribeca, NYC.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and music venue.
2. Manage staff, including hiring, training, and development.
3. Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
4. Control costs and maximize profitability through effective financial management.
5. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
6. Coordinate with marketing and event planning teams to promote the venue.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, upscale, or experiential restaurant/bar environment.
• Strong financial acumen, including a deep understanding of P&L statements and cost controls.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop large teams effectively.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive and maintain composure in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Passion for live music and hospitality (a plus).
