Our growing restaurant group is looking for a dynamic and high-energy General Manager for our high-end restaurant concept. This role provides support and training for multiple locations and will eventually grow into a multi-unit role. The menu is from scratch, featuring many locally sourced items. The ideal candidate must be an expert in hiring, staff training, people development, managing inventory, and controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and all related systems
• Manage and control costs
• Train, coach, and develop hourly team members to drive sales
• Lead the team to execute and deliver an extensive menu

Requirements

• 5+ years of General Manager and/or multi-unit experience
• Tenure of 3+ years in previous roles
• Ability to build relationships with vendors
• Expertise in P&L management and daily administration, with a vision to advance the organization
• Guest-first attitude and ability to motivate the team to adopt the same
