This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in food and beverage operations as we open our newest venue, Hop House, at Mystic Lake Casino! The ideal candidate for this role demonstrates patience, adaptability, and a solution-oriented approach to challenges. Job Overview: Manages the food services operation of multiple outlets to ensure a pleasant guest experience and efficient, cost-effective operations. The objective is guest retention to support the casino. Responsible for meeting financial goals of assigned outlets.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including any combination of post-high school restaurant education and restaurant management experience to equal seven years.
