Pilot Flying J is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant General Manager to lead our fast-paced, high-volume quick-service restaurants. The role offers a salary of 70k-75k plus bonus and focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality and guest service while optimizing operations.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of management experience in retail/restaurant settings with P&L accountability, plus the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays
