Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume quick service restaurant. You will be accountable for financial and operational performance, including hospitality, team leadership, HR decisions, P&L analysis, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Excellent team leadership and customer service skills; integrity and accountability at managerial level.
• 2-3 years of management experience with responsibility for financial results.
• P&L accountability experience and ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, days, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the financial and operational performance of the restaurant.
• Ensure hospitality and guest service excellence; create a positive work environment.
• Implement Human Resource decisions and lead the team.
• Perform P&L analysis and manage inventory.
• Relocate as required to manage high-volume locations.
