Wendy's in Hopkins, MN is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the Restaurant Management Team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and meet sales and operational goals. You will mentor a team, uphold brand standards, and drive continuous improvement in service, food quality, and safety.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with SERV Safe and other regulations while maintaining a positive, customer-first culture and a rewarding workplace.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build a team.
• Lead the management team to achieve our employee, customer, sales and operational goals.
• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management team to achieve our employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill.
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers, and maintain a clean restaurant that you're proud to work in.
• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training.
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations occasionally for training and other tasks
• Must be 21 years of age or older
