With over 1,000 restaurants across 30+ states, KBP Brands emphasizes growth, opportunity and a positive culture while delivering quality products and guest experiences.

As GM you’ll drive profitability, hire and train staff, manage operations, and close shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to stand, lift and move objects, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members and Shift Managers.
• Coach and train staff for operational excellence.
