Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the entire restaurant and build a strong team of Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Find, hire and develop staff; conduct new hire orientation; develop training plans.
• Schedule and deploy team; address performance issues; manage restaurant budget and financial plans.
