Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including sales, fiscal operations, accounting, recruitment, and maintenance of the building and equipment.
• Manage revenue with the goal of exceeding budget and preserving cost-effectiveness and profitability in agreement with company policies.
• Prepare monthly reports for the corporate office and follow financial procedures, including handling cash, credit cards, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other financial transactions.
• Build an outstanding team by hiring, mentoring, and guiding the team to achieve success both personally and professionally.
