Qualifications

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in a fast-casual or full-service environment; at least 1 year as a General Manager with P&L responsibility
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and hold teams accountable to high standards in food quality and hospitality
  • Experience overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, labor management, and guest satisfaction
  • Strong understanding of team development—able to coach and motivate with a people-first mindset
  • Food Safety Certification and Alcohol Service Certification required
Preferred Background & Skills
  • College education preferred, but not required
  • Passion for mission-focused food concepts and creating impact through hospitality
  • Comfortable serving as a local brand ambassador and driving community engagement
  • Hands-on, team-oriented leadership style with strong communication and operational planning skills
