Responsibilities |
WHAT YOU'LL DO - Drive overall departmental financial performance by monitoring budgets, managing costs, and optimizing revenue opportunities.
- Align leadership resources to ensure efficient operations and consistently high-quality guest experiences.
- Develop and execute strategic and mid-term plans to achieve departmental goals and foster growth.
- Lead action planning initiatives based on Guest Satisfaction Scores (GSS), Balanced Scorecards (BSA), Associate Engagement Surveys (AES), P&L performance, and turnover metrics.
- Identify, mentor, and promote high-potential managers to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations and foster a positive work environment.
