Responsibilities
  • Drive departmental financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue.
  • Ensure efficient operations and high-quality guest experiences through leadership alignment.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet departmental goals and promote growth.
  • Lead initiatives based on Guest Satisfaction Scores (GSS), Balanced Scorecards (BSA), Associate Engagement Surveys (AES), P&L performance, and turnover metrics.
  • Mentor and develop high-potential managers to strengthen leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations and a positive work environment.
