Summary

A Restaurant Manager is responsible for providing leadership to their team to deliver excellent guest experiences, operational excellence, and profitable sales for a single restaurant. They oversee the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with brand standards, Indus policies, and applicable laws.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
  • Lead team meetings and deliver training to staff
  • Ensure execution of brand standards, recipes, and systems
  • Foster a guest-focused culture
  • Review guest feedback and implement improvement actions
  • Communicate restaurant priorities, goals, and results to staff
  • Manage new product rollouts, including training and sampling
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment, complying with safety and sanitation laws
  • Control costs to maximize profitability
  • Conduct periodic inventory and manage weekly labor schedules
  • Order supplies and manage vendor relationships
  • Perform self-assessments and develop action plans
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ensure the restaurant meets budget targets
  • Manage cash over/short and handle deposits
  • Engage with the Brands Field Operations team as needed
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop team members
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching

Qualifications
