What You’ll Do

Ensure compliance with Port of Subs operational and preparation standards

Drive sales growth by leveraging training, service, and marketing strategies to optimize profitability.

Provide friendly, fast, and high-quality service to customers

Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep in line with company and government standards.

Follow all safety, food handling, and sanitation standards

Foster a safe, welcoming atmosphere for employees and guests, and provide support and effective restaurant management through data analysis and participation in management meetings.

Train, test, and develop employees using Port of Subs training materials.

What We Are Looking For

️ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

️ Willingness to learn and follow Port of Subs' operational standards

️ Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory

️ Working knowledge of computers and POS systems

️ Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.

Qualification Requirements

Valid drivers license and insurance
