THE ROLE...
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER to lead our front-of-house team and ensure an exceptional dining experience. A successful candidate will have 5+ years' experience managing high-volume restaurants (200-300 covers) in an upscale and food-focused environment. You are passionate about food and beverage, with a keen understanding of proteins and wine, and look forward to engaging the local community to procure the highest quality products and create unforgettable experiences for both team members and guests.
As the Restaurant General Manager, you are excited to encourage staff development and promote a positive experience for staff and guests to achieve P&L goals. You’ll oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, finances, people, culture, events, and more, while maintaining effective communication to get the job done. As an ambassador for Indigo Road, you’ll authentically embrace Internal Hospitality and strive to create memorable experiences for people through exceptional service and a vibrant atmosphere.
