Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for our Winter Park location. You’ll lead all restaurant operations, manage finances, people, culture and events, and drive memorable guest experiences in a high-volume upscale setting.

You will actively engage with local vendors and the community to source quality products, develop staff, maintain outstanding service, and champion Indigo Road’s hospitality values through every interaction with guests and team members.

• Proven experience delivering top-notch dining experiences

THE ROLE

A successfulRestaurantGeneralManagerand will have 5+ years experience managing high-volume restaurants (200 - 300 covers) in an upscale food focused environment. You are passionate about food and look forward to engaging the local community to procure the highest quality product to create unforgettable experiences (for team-members & guests). The GM will promote staff development and champion a positive experience while also effectively communicate to get the job done. As an ambassador for Indigo Road you’ll strive to create memorable experiences for people through food.

ARestaurant General Manager, you’ll be an ambassador for Indigo Road and authentically embrace Internal Hospitality. You’ll look after all aspects of the restaurant including; operations, finances, people, culture, events, and more...
