And we're looking for a Restaurant General Manager who can help us deliver this experience to our guests.

Your Role: A Champion of Culinary Excellence

As our Restaurant General Manager, you will not just oversee our food and beverage production and service – you will be the heartbeat of it. Your leadership will inspire our team, ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional service that delights our guests and embodies our company's values. You will supervise all food and beverage outlets, harmonizing our culture, mission, and quality standards to achieve maximum potential. And rest assured, you will be working in full compliance with federal, state, local and company health, safety, sanitation and alcohol standards.

Your Recipe for Success:
  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a hotel environment, including General Manager experience
  • Marriott experience or similar brand experience - highly preferred
  • Large Group & Catering Background - highly preferred
  • Renovation Experience - highly preferred
  • Ability to lead Revenue and Sales disciplines
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, nights, and weekends

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to, hotel accounting management, driving yield improvement and volume, consistently exceeding revenue and guest expectations, leading change effectively, inspiring and developing our team, and building strong relationships with guests, groups, and personnel from other departments. You are the ambassador of our "can-do" attitude, resolving conflicts and providing coaching on conflict deescalation.
