Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar/ Thrive Restaurant Group in Spearfish, SD is seeking a General Manager to lead operations, guest experience, and team development. You will drive sales, ensure great hospitality, and model people-centered leadership.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years GM experience in casual dining and 5+ years in full-service restaurant management, with strong staff training skills and the ability to handle confidential information with good judgment.
