Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain company standards for product quality.
2. Ensure guest satisfaction and service speed.
3. Hire, train and develop employees.
4. Plan, monitor, appraise and review employees' job performance.
5. Provide coaching and feedback; discipline when appropriate.
6. Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals.
7. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws.
8. Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed.
9. Manage control costs to help maximize profitability.
10. Execute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling.
