Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in New Iberia, LA is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead profitability, guest experience, people, and daily operations. You will oversee 20–45 team members, drive sales through service excellence, manage the P&L, schedule staff, and ensure compliance with regulations and brand standards.

This role requires evenings, weekends, and holidays; you will recruit, onboard, coach, and recognize the team, while maintaining high performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability.
• Ability to prioritize work and lead a restaurant team.

Responsibilities

• Maintains primary accountability for the restaurant P&L and drives profitability.
• Drives sales through proactive guest service, people development, and operations management.
• Motivates and directs team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly, and fast service.
• Analyzes guest feedback and develops action plans to address issues.
• Identifies and engages with the community to attract prospective guests and execute local marketing initiatives.
• Leads recruitment and selection process to build and retain an effective restaurant team.
• Onboards new team members by training and guiding through certification.
• Provides coaching and feedback to team members to elevate restaurant performance.
• Manages restaurant labor through scheduling and staffing.
• Ensures compliance with government regulations, employment laws, and brand standards.

The Restaurant General Manager has overall responsibility for managing the daily operations of a single restaurant.
