Job summary

Duties May Include:

  • Reconciliation of inventory
  • Holding staff accountable for our standards.
  • Ensuring guests are having a great experience.
  • Maintenance of the POS System
  • Identify and delegate responsibilities to staff to ensure objectives are met and excellent service is consistently achieved.
  • Manage operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of the restaurant.
  • Follow the restaurant policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security.
  • Assist in conducting staff and daily pre-shift meetings

Skills

  • Able to learn and use POS System (Aloha Pos)
  • Able to lift a minimum of 10-25 lbs.
  • Complete training in all areas of the restaurant
  • Must be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to grow your wine knowledge!

Requirements

  • Serve Safe or Local DOH Certification Required
  • Managing a team of 12 employees

Reports directly to Vice President of Operations

  • 2-week vacation
  • Bonus/profit sharing
