Thrive Restaurant Group’s HomeGrown in Downtown Wichita seeks a General Manager to lead with heart, coach a people-first team, and deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will own daily operations and financial health, manage labor and costs, and ensure top-notch food quality while maintaining a joyful, productive workplace for early-hour breakfast and lunch service.

• Previous General Manager experience in a full-service or fast-casual restaurant
• Strong head for numbers and operations (labor, scheduling, P&L)
• Passion for great food, meaningful work, and making a difference
• Ability to juggle competing priorities with calm and confidence
• Physical ability to be on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to work early hours, weekends, and holidays (breakfast and lunch only)

$60,000-$65,000 annually *with potential bonus of $10,000 - $15,000

And we’re looking for a General Manager to lead our Downtown Wichita location — someone who feels called to lead with heart, build up others, and help make mornings brighter.

What You Bring:

• Previous General Manager experience in a full-service or fast-casual restaurant

• The physical ability to be on your feet, stay active, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Flexibility to work early hours, weekends, and holidays (we serve breakfast and lunch only!)
