Popeyes, SBH Foods, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Victory, GA to join our team and help drive restaurant performance. You'll partner with the Restaurant General Manager, coach crew, run shifts, manage scheduling and food preparation, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding Popeyes standards for quality, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with preferred leadership experience in restaurant, food service, retail, or hospitality
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skillsAbility to make decisions and lead effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Passion for coaching and motivating team members
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work various stations
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Commitment to meeting training and certification requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise food preparation and restaurant activities

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll partner with the Restaurant General Manager to lead the team, deliver a great guest experience, and help drive strong restaurant operations. Assistant Restaurant Managers are eligible for SBH Foods' store performance bonus program, with opportunities to earn additional compensation every four weeks based on qualifying restaurant performance. Assistant Restaurant Managers at designated Training Stores are eligible for an enhanced store bonus in recognition of the additional responsibility of helping develop SBH Foods leaders.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Stand and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods
• Work in a fast‑paced restaurant environment
• Bend, reach, lift, carry, and perform physical restaurant responsibilities as needed
• Work across restaurant stations and support food preparation, stocking, cleaning, and guest service
• Safely perform the physical tasks necessary to support restaurant operations
