Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead front-of-house operations, oversee dining room service, and drive sales and guest satisfaction. This role requires building a strong team culture and ensuring exceptional hospitality across every shift.

You will manage P&L, forecast labor, control costs, and maintain sanitation standards while delivering a superior guest experience.
