Responsibilities include:

• Supporting management teams
• Managing Restaurant Managers, Shift Leaders, and staff
• Promoting a positive work environment
• Developing future leaders
• Ensuring adequate staffing and performance management
• Training staff using SmashConnect LMS
• Recognizing employee performance
• Conducting performance reviews
• Partnering with HR for disciplinary actions
• Handling employee relations issues
• Managing operational checklists and standards
• Overseeing guest experience metrics and resolving complaints
• Ensuring food safety compliance
• Leading guest service standards
• Onboarding and training new employees
• Managing budgets and costs
• Building sales through community involvement
• Managing labor costs
• Participating in P&L reviews
• Scheduling based on sales forecasts
• Managing local marketing efforts

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of Restaurant General Manager experience
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Adherence to uniform standards and company policies
• Successful completion of Smashburger training
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Results-driven and self-motivated
• Physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in various temperatures
