Job Description

We're looking for an energetic leader who can set the tone for an entire restaurant. We seek a General Manager capable of inspiring staff and ensuring every guest leaves happy. As a GM at Chuck E. Cheese, you'll create memorable experiences for guests and employees alike. We offer competitive compensation and benefits.

Signing Bonus: This position is eligible for a $4,000 signing and retention bonus, paid according to CEC guidelines, minus applicable taxes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make daily operational decisions including staff scheduling, quality standards, and cleanliness.
• Build sales and maximize profits through effective recruiting, training, and communication.
• Coach and motivate team members to maintain high-quality guest service and safety standards.
• Exercise sound business judgment in cost control, financial management, inventory, and labor management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old (RVP approval may allow for younger applicants per local law)
• College degree preferred
• Minimum four years in the restaurant industry with full responsibility for shifts and sales, or proven experience as a CEC Manager or Senior Assistant Manager

Essential Job Functions and Work Environment:

• Lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
• Handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and team members
• Work environment includes flashing lights, mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to varying weather conditions
