Gecko Hospitality in the United States is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a fast casual concept focused on fresh, healthy options. The successful candidate will recruit, train, and mentor a passionate team while collaborating with local owners to source local, sustainable ingredients.

You will lead by example, champion guest service and financial performance, and participate in community events, volunteering in schools, hospitals and farms across Alabama.

Title of Position – Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: As the Restaurant General Manager, the right candidate will lead by example, living a healthy lifestyle, eager to promote and educate the benefits of our vision. To effectively accomplish this the Restaurant General Manager must recruit, train, mentor, and maintain a team of equally passionate and eager people. An important part of this position is working with the local business owners, who support sustainable farming and 'buying local' fresh products, additionally participating and creating community events, volunteering in schools, hospitals and farms across the state.
