Experience

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2+ years managing a full-service restaurant
  • Solid grasp of both front-of-house flow and back-of-house operations

Skills

  • Exceptional communicator, motivator, and multitasker
  • Comfortable with restaurant technology, POS systems, and financial reports
  • Natural leader with a passion for hospitality and results

Education & Certifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food Service Manager Certification
  • Management-in-Training Program (preferred but not required—we’ll help you grow!)

Physical Requirements

  • Up on your feet and in the action for 10–11 hours per shift
  • Able to regularly lift 30 lbs, occasionally up to 80 lbs
  • Quick on your feet in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
