Wegmans in Erie, PA is seeking a Restaurant Foods Team Leader to guide a team in delivering hospitality and superior service. You will work closely with staff on food production, providing tools, resources and support to develop skills, passion and knowledge.

You will lead operations, scheduling, payroll and forecasting while maintaining high standards, safety guidelines and a positive dining experience for customers. Join a mission-driven, people-first retailer with strong benefits.

Competenze

• 1+ years of customer service in food service, grocery or retail.
• Passion for food and people with enthusiasm to learn more about the product.
• Systems aptitude and ability to adapt to processes.
• Experience ordering products and managing inventory (preferred).
• Managerial/supervisory experience (preferred).
