Job summary

Tarpon Bay Grill & Tiki Bar LLC is looking for a Food Runner to join our busy Sarasota restaurant. You will be the link between the kitchen and wait staff, setting and clearing tables, delivering food, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or similar role preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers their meals and drinks in an efficient manner.
• Communicate food orders to the kitchen staff.
• Refill drinks.
• Wipe down tables, chairs, and other surfaces.
• Remove tablecloths and reset tables.
• Remove dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware from tables.
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations.
