Job Description
The Restaurant Manager assists the Restaurant General Manager (GM) in the day-to-day operations of Eataly’s full-service restaurants. Functionally reports to the Restaurant GM and oversees front-of-house restaurant staff including servers, bartenders, food runners, hosts, bussers and barbacks.
