What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations across Food & Beverage, bowling, arcade, and events
- Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold brand standards
- Coach, develop, and retain hourly team members and supervisors
- Partner closely with the General Manager on execution and leadership
What You Bring
- 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- POS and operational metrics experience preferred
- Interest in advancing to senior venue leadership
