Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment seeks a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food & beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade operations across shifts. You will flex into roles as needed and build a team that delivers exceptional hospitality.

You will bring 3+ years of leadership in high-volume settings, with proven sales drive and experience developing hourly staff. The role requires a floor-focused management style, strong P&L knowledge, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive food & beverage sales and build teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style with strong guest experience.
• Strong P&L, labor, food cost, and inventory knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade, ensuring service flow and hospitality standards.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams that meet company standards and serve guests well.
• Own labor management, cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily financial targets.
• Stay on the floor supporting FOH and BOH, resolve guest issues, and reinforce accountability.
• Ensure the center is operationally ready and guest-ready during high-volume shifts.
