Job summary

Kings Dining & Entertainment is seeking a Host/Hostess to deliver exceptional guest service, greet and connect with guests, and help create regular patrons in a busy entertainment venue in Rosemont, IL. This in-person role supports dining areas, bowling lanes, phones, and front desk with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.

The position offers full-time and part-time hours with shifts that cover days, evenings, and weekends.

As a Host / Hostess for Kings is our Dining & Entertainment Specialists and you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by treating every guest as their guest, building connections and creating regulars, enhancing guest experiences and expectations while maintaining the waits and management of the dining areas, bowling lanes, phones and front desk.
