Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years as a Doorperson or similar role.
• Experience in security, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Treat guests to ensure complete satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations.
• Facilitate the flow of traffic in and out of the restaurant.
• Engage guests as an ambassador of the restaurant in personality and knowledge.
• Interact with guests on arrival and departure to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Perform security responsibilities as necessary.
• Carry out other duties as directed.
