What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant District Manager who brings expertise in restaurant operations and a drive to elevate each location’s performance. Your deep knowledge of food safety, inventory management, staffing, customer service, and financial oversight will allow you to analyze, improve, and lead multiple locations to success.

You’ll also need strong leadership skills to inspire and guide restaurant managers and staff, setting clear goals and motivating teams to achieve excellence. As a strategic problem-solver, you’ll address operational challenges, devise solutions, and implement initiatives that drive performance and achieve results. Above all, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about our brand, its values, and is committed to fostering a culture of excellence.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year
  • Quarterly Bonus: Up to $2,000

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead effective communication across all restaurant locations, ensuring alignment with company goals through scheduled calls, meetings, and digital communication.
  • Hire, train, and develop talented General Managers and Restaurant Managers, building a strong management team for future needs.
  • Execute a people plan that reflects high standards, fosters employee development, and ensures succession planning across your district.
  • Continuously assess operational performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing strategies for improved results.
