Good & Proper Wood Fired Bistro is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support the kitchen team. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, pots, and pans using manual and machine methods, while keeping the dishwashing area clean and safe.

The role requires reliability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to maintain a steady supply of clean wares for service. This position supports a fast-paced dining operation and contributes to overall kitchen efficiency.

Qualifications

• Keeps a clean, sanitized work area.
• Performs dishwashing duties in a timely manner.
• Maintains supply of clean dishware and utensils.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes into the dish machine.
• Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils by hand or machine.
• Clean and maintain the dishwashing area and equipment.
• Unload and organize dishes and utensils after washing.
• Empty trash containers regularly and keep pass-throughs tidy.
