Your Role

As a Restaurant Dishwasher, you will ensure restaurant cleanliness to meet Neiman Marcus standards, supporting food and beverage service. This position is onsite and reports to the Restaurant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, trash, and floors according to health and kitchen standards
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment
• Organize the dish area with solutions for pots, pans, sinks, and silverware
• Assist with kitchen preparation and cleaning tasks
• Use all sanitizing materials appropriately
