Job summary

GF Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dependable dishwasher to support a busy kitchen. You will be responsible for scraping, sorting, and loading dishes, unloading dirty dishes, and assisting with additional cleaning duties as needed. This role offers opportunities for advancement and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should be hard workers with good health and ideally some food service experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• In good physical condition with excellent health.
• Previous experience working in food service is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Sort dishes, scrape plates, and rinse glassware before loading into the dishwashing machine.
• Participate in regular employee meetings to ensure all procedures and safety rules are followed.
• Ensure appropriate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies while also keeping track of dishwashing machine mechanical problems.
• Sweep and scrub kitchen floors to maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
• Place utensils and dishes in proper storage areas after unloading the dishwasher.
