Restaurant Director of Operations

Job Description:

The Director of Operations will serve as a liaison between the owners and restaurants, ensuring all locations maintain the standards of operation established by the corporate office. This role involves communication between owners and stores regarding modifications or issues. Additional responsibilities include achieving budget and financial projections, recruiting and retaining top management talent, developing ongoing training and development systems to enhance staff performance and customer service, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels. The Director of Operations will also oversee procedures for controlling cash, property, product, and equipment, and conduct audits to ensure compliance with labor and safety regulations.
